Semperlite Shipping & Returns

Tired of ordering a product online or over the phone and waiting weeks for it even to ship? So were we. That's why we developed a process to expedite the handling of your orders. And that's why we aim to ship your orders within 24 hours!

Immediately after you complete your purchase at Semperlite, your order is sent to our packaging warehouse, pulled, and packaged with care.

Delivery

At the time an order is placed, the Customer is responsible for providing Semperlite with an accurate and a complete delivery address. A $11.00 fee per package will be charged if an address correction or re-routing is required after an order is placed.

Returns

If you don't like it we'll take it back. (within the permitted return period)

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any unused products for a replacement or a refund (as long as the requirements below are met. Before you make your purchase be sure to read the complete return policy below.

Returns at customers' discretion

All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will incur a 40% restock fee. An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date for non-defective product. Thereafter, all sales are final. All items must be returned in "new/unused" condition in the original packaging and have all components, blank warranty cards and owner's manuals. Returns will be charged 25% restock fee unless a replacement order of equal or greater value is placed prior to the return being processed. The restock fee is NOT a penalty. It is a costly process to prepare an order and shipment, and then to process a return and get all items available and ready for resale. Shipping charges are non-refundable as they are a service that was already successfully completed. When returning a product, use a carrier that has tracking capabilities, and make sure to package all items well. The customer assumes all responsibility for insuring the return of the shipment and filing the claim for lost or damages returns.

Special Order and Non-Stock Items

Any item listed during time of purchase as "Special Order" is either cancelled or returned within the approved return period will incur up to a 65% restck fee. The amount is determined by the manufacturer or supplier of the product, and "Special Order" items have a very high minimum, so while you may only be ordering 2, Semperlite may have to prder anywhere from 250 to 10,000 units to fill your Special Item order. If you are not certain about the product you are trying to order, please contact a Manager who will assist you in making the proper choice.

Damage in Transit

The customer is responsible for inspecting the order for damages or missing items and reporting it within 24-48 hours. Reports after that time will not be honored. Product damaged in transit will be replaced at no additional charge or credited to the credit card of the original charge (this is a choice to be made by Semperlite). The product must be kept in its original package for ten business days or until the shipper makes the inspection. Credit will be issued for the exact number of items damaged in transit. Damaged lamps will be credited to your original form of payment, and a new order must be placed for replacements, we do not reship replacement lamps as we allow any quantity to be ordered at time of purchase, and it is extremely difficult to ship only 1 or 2 long linear fluorescent light bulbs successfully.

Defective Product

Products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product. Not all products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Statement of "Rated Average Life Hours" does not designate warranty. No credits or refunds will be given to items sent back for testing until the unit has been found to be defective. If it is more than 30 days since you have pruchased the product, you must contact the manufacturer of the item for warranty services. If it is within the 30 days since purchase, please contact us immediately for an RMA and exchange/refund.
